Payment Policy – Viajes Velero & Nàutic Parc

Unless otherwise stated in the specific group quote, the following policy will apply:

To confirm any booking, a 30% deposit is required. Without this payment, availability cannot be guaranteed and no dates or activities will be blocked. The remaining 70% must be paid 30 days before the group’s arrival, at which point the reservation will be 100% confirmed.

In the event of non-payment, Velero Azul SA, as the Nàutic Parc Reservation Centre, reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

All group requests are subject to availability, which must be confirmed in writing. Rates are valid for quotation purposes but are subject to change due to changes in licences, concessions, authorisations or local conditions.

Rates are commissionable at 15%, calculated with VAT at the current rate. In the event of an increase in VAT in 2026, rates will be automatically updated in the same proportion.

Cancellation policy for groups

• Cancellations less than 45 days in advance: 30%
• Between 15 and 7 days in advance: 50%
• Between 7 days and 48 hours in advance: 75%
• Less than 48 hours in advance: 100%

Weather conditions:

The instructor will check the forecast 3 days in advance. In case of bad weather, an alternative plan will be proposed between 48 and 24 hours in advance.

If the activity or its alternative cannot be guaranteed under safe conditions, a 100% refund will be given.

Refunds will also be given in cases of force majeure, with proper justification.
