With no need for qualifications and guided by professional instructors, you will breathe underwater and enjoy our seabed in the safest and most fun way. The diving baptism is a first experience that, in just a couple of hours, will make you fall in love with diving as we did.

And if you want to know more about life underwater, in l’Ametlla de Mar we offer you this baptism together with a marine biology course where before entering the water we will explain everything about the fauna and flora that you will be able to see.

Accompanied by an instructor, participants will dive into the sea to a maximum depth of 4 metres.
